Certainly no need to get in the car except to drive down to the small town of Ystradgynlais (2 miles) to one of the local pubs or a little further to The Brecon Beacons in one direction, only 13 miles to Swansea and The wonderful Beaches of The Mumbles or 7 miles to the Vale of Neath.
Cottage accommodation
There is a newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and a freezer. There is a door out of the kitchen to a small sun room. The comfortable sitting room has reclining sofa, chair and large windows with a lovely view over the garden and woodlands. TV with SKY Plus.
There is a dining room with dining table and chairs. The bathroom is downstairs with a bath, shower over, handbasin and toilet.

Bedroom 2: with a single bed.
Out of the windows there are lovely views over the garden.
