Useful information
Cowslip Cottage
Cowslip Cottage is a converted barn located alongside the two other cottages. The barn is on one level with a small step down into the living area so is very convenient for visitors with slight walking difficulties. The cottage sleeps up to 6 people in one double and one family bedroom and enjoys a sunny and sheltered patio area to the rear with a stream running alongside, garden furniture and a BBQ.
Quiet farm location
The location of these cottages is very pretty. Buttercup and Daisy Byre are part of a converted wing of the 17th century farmhouse and Cowslip Cottage is a converted barn positioned alongside. There is a large grassed area around the cottages which runs down to a stream. The properties are surrounded by farmland and visitors should chat to the owners to check on livestock locations etc before heading out to explore the farm.
Flexible accommodation for up to 14 people
Another significant bonus of these cottages is the flexibility. Two cottages sleep 4 people, with the third accommodating a further 6. This makes Buttercup, Daisy Byre and Cowslip Cottage the ideal choice for a holiday with the family or with friends. Buttercup Granary and Daisy Byre can each accommodate 4 visitors. Both cottages are also available to book through us.
One of Wales' premier golf clubs
If you enjoy a round of golf then Cradoc Golf Course, just up the lane is a must. Named Wales' Golf Club of the Year in 2005 the course is an 18-hole parkland course and takes advantage of the rolling Mid Wales hills. There is a welcoming club house serving good food and the views from the course must be some of the best in Wales.
